Styling Services
Sisterlocks™ installation and re-tightening for local and international clients.
For locals and international clients, retightening for microlocs. I utilize a four-point rotation.

Instructions Before Sisterlocks™ Installation
1. You must wash your hair before your installation appointment.
2. After washing your hair, comb it and part it into 4 sections.
3. DO NOT COME with any products in your hair.
***Please have your schedule free on the day of your appointment. It's impossible to predict the duration of the Sisterlocks™ installation. These sessions take two days.
After Your Installation
1. Before washing your hair with newly installed Sisterlocks™, twist, braid, or cover them with a hair net before adding shampoo. Rinse gently. Do not use conditioner.
2. After washing, separate your locs with your fingers; this is extremely important to prevent matting. If you wash it in the evening, dry thoroughly to avoid unpleasant odors and mold.
3. AVOID OIL-BASED PRODUCTS. For at least the first six months after installing your Sisterlocks™, your hair will be in the "setting in" phase. The softening agents found in these products will disrupt this process, making the locks untight and causing scabbing.
Instructions for Reties Only
You must wash your hair with just shampoo before your appointment.
***You do not have to be a reoccurring client; I understand that I may have only one appointment with you.
Cost
All payments are made in cash using Costa Rican colones. Prices are listed in US Dollars for reference to help you determine the conversion amount.
Installations
· For 4 inches of hair, $500.00*.
· Each additional inch of hair is $25.00 per inch.
* A non-refundable $250.00 deposit is required for international clients only. You will lose your deposit if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Deposits can be sent via PayPal. The remaining balance is due on the first day of your installation.
Retightening
· 4 weeks since last retie $50.00
· 2 months since last retie $100.00
· For 3 months or more of new hair growth since the last retie, it is $50.00 per hour.
